Meet Our Staff

Dr. Shawn Fuller

Dr. Shawn Fuller an Arizona native, was born and raised in Tucson where his father Dr. Greg Fuller continues to provide world class dental care. Dr. Fuller attended Arizona State University where he excelled and earned an Air Force ROTC scholarship. Upon graduation fom ASU and receiving his bachelor of science, he left Arizona to attend the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry on a Professional Student Exchange Program scholarship. At Pacific, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, at one of the best clinical dental programs in the nation. Dr. Fuller first began providing dental care in Las Vegas, where he had the opportunity to work in both cosmetic and general dentistry practices. It wasn't too long before Dr. Fuller had the desire to take his experiences in the various offices and create his own. Dr. Fuller would like to welcome you to our practice, a place where he likes to say Honesty meets Dentistry!!!

Dr. Unger

Dr. Unger was originally born in Tucson, AZ. He moved all over the country and ended up going to high school near Philadelphia, PA. He then returned to the southwest to attend the University of Arizona for his undergraduate degree. After college he went to the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he met Dr. Fuller. Follow ing Dental School he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Veterans Administration of Birmingham for his Periodontal Residency. He then moved back to Phoenix to be closer to his parents and his brother who is attending ASU. When he is not providing periodontal care for our patients, he is playing water polo, training in Tang Soo Do, or looking up new recipes. He hopes to help you take care of whatever periodontal and dental implant issues you could need.

Dr. John Van

Dr. John Van is a graduate of the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, which is recognized by many as the top program in the country for clinical dental training.

Dr. Van was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently living in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to dental school, Dr. Van earned his Psychobiology degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.), where he received a full academic scholarship.

For the past two years, Dr. Van volunteered with Operation Smile, a children's medical charity providing dental, cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children worldwide. To date, Operation Smile has provided reconstructive surgery to over 150,000 children and young adults in more than 60 countries. Dr. Van lived in Ethiopia, Kenya, Morocco, India, Vietnam, and Honduras providing free care to children and adults. Dr. Van's altruistic background makes him uniquely qualified to care for his patients because he approaches each patient with compassion and empathy.

Dr. Van is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

In his free time, Dr. Van enjoys swimming, water polo, hiking, traveling, and volunteering at the local Rotary Club.
